整理内容的框架结构设计
一切从简，减少信息重复。
目前有如下的几个namespace，尽量把条目都放到这几个namespace下面，如果有必要再考虑添加新的分类。
info：收集整理一些其它地方的攻略和讨论。每条都要有来源。要精简。help：以问答形式对info中信息进一步浓缩。在其它地方可以搜索到的，不要重复，如果有必要重复注明源地址。tips：原创性质的讨论和建议，其它地方没有的。着重思考IO会怎么看待一份PL。contribute：关于如何组织信息。
