各种表格的Checklists供参考

基于官方：Checklist of Required Initial Evidence for Form I-485 (for informational purposes only)。正如官方所说，for informational purposes only，本list也是同样的。

FB类和EB类不同，以下是EB类的。

主申：

• Two passport-style photographs;（护照照片，自己照，打印，背后要用铅笔写名字）
• A copy of a government-issued identity document with photograph;（护照，驾照）
• A copy of your birth certificate. If it is unavailable or does not exist, provide other acceptable evidence of birth such as church, school, or medical records, and proof of unavailability or nonexistence, if applicable;（出生公证，不是出生证明，也不是出生证；找当地公证处办；有些地方公证处会卡，网友都是上淘宝办成的很容易但是有个人信息泄露的风险，风险而已）
• Inspection and admission, or inspection and parole documentation (unless applying for adjustment under INA 245(i)). For more information or examples, please refer to the form instructions;（是什么？）（不清楚是啥，但是对EB1a和NIW的没用）
• Documentation of immigrant category, such as a copy of Form I-797, Approval or Receipt Notice, for the immigrant petition (unless you are filing your Form I-485 with the petition, such as Form I-140); （如果有两个I-797的PD不同的话，可以写一封信recapture PD，具体哪里查到这条信息忘了，待补充）
• Evidence you continually maintained a lawful status since arriving in the United States (or that you are exempt under 245(k) from the INA 245©(2), (7) and (8) bars); （所有DS-2019或者其它身份文件, 包括对应的I-94，注意下载的I-94右下角写个失效日期不知道会有啥影响，每次重下载最保险。）
• Confirmation of job offer (on Form I-485 Supplement J, if applicable); （EB1A和NIW不需要）
• A signed statement confirming you intend to work in the occupational field specified in the Form I-140 if you are a self-petitioner; （写个Statement，把PL里的摘抄出来即可）
• Form I-864, Affidavit of Support (if required);（EB1A和NIW不需要）
• Certified police and court records of all criminal charges, arrests, or convictions regardless of final disposition (if applicable); （无犯罪记录？AOS不需要）
• Form I-601, Waiver of Inadmissibility (if applicable);（有可能需要，对特殊团体成员的豁免）
• Form I-212, Application for Permission to Reapply for Admission into the United States After Deportation or Removal (if applicable);
• Documentation regarding J-1 and J-2 exchange visitor status (Form I-612, if applicable); （不满足回国服务两年必须申请豁免，然后提交批准后的I-612的I-797即可；I-612自己不会有，是国务院帮提交到USCIS的）
• Form I-508, Waiver of Diplomatic Rights, Privileges, Exemptions, and Immunities;（不懂，EB1A和NIW不需要）
• Form I-566, Interagency Record of Request – A, G, or NATO Dependent Employment Authorization or Change/Adjustment to/from A, G, or NATO Status (only if you have A, G, or NATO nonimmigrant status); and
• Form I-485 Supplement A (if applicable).
• 以下是官方list是没有的但是通常大家都交的

  • 解释特殊团体成员的statement
  • 美国娃的出生证明，支持上述statement中提到的美国娃

副申（和主申一样除了要证明和主申的关系）：

• Items listed above for principal applicants (except Supplement J or signed statement for self-petitioners);（所有主申的材料；包括我自己添加的材料）
• A copy of your marriage certificate to the principal applicant or proof of relationship as a child to the principal applicant. If you are a spouse of the principal applicant and your marriage certificate is unavailable or does not exist, evidence demonstrating its unavailability/nonexistence and other acceptable evidence of marriage (such as church records);（通常是结婚证明；要有效的翻译件）
• Evidence you terminated your previous marriage (if applicable);（我没有）
• Documentation of the principal applicant’s immigrant category (unless you are filing your Form I-485 together with the principal applicant’s Form I-485); （虽然这么说，但是一起提交我也把相应的主申I-797材料附带上了，应该没事）
• Documentation of the principal applicant’s Form I-485 or copy of the principal applicant’s Green Card (if not filing together with the principal applicant’s Form I-485).（一起提交就没必要了）

在官方：Checklist of Required Initial Evidence for Form I-765 (for informational purposes only) 上有完整信息，很多不同分类，要求的材料都不同的。

通用要求 General Requirements：

• A copy of your Form I-94, Nonimmigrant Arrival-Departure Record (front and back), a printout of your electronic Form I-94, or your passport or other travel document （身份材料，常规操作）
• A copy of your last EAD (if applicable)（有就放上，基于不同类别的EAD也可以放上，比如现在申请基于485的EAD，也放上基于J2的EAD）
• Two identical passport-style photographs（2张护照照片，背后铅笔写名字和A-number）
• Form G-28 (if you are represented by an attorney or accredited representative) （我没有，花钱请人办485太不值了）
• If you were not previously issued an EAD, you must submit a copy of a government-issued identity document （本州驾照，我还加了外国护照以备对照）

主申 Principal Beneficiary Of An Approved Employment-based Immigrant Petition Facing Compelling Circumstances (c)(35): 好像跟EB1A和NIW的485没有关系，因为本身就可以提交，不需要必须是compelling circumstances。

副申 Spouse or An Unmarried Child Of A Principal Beneficiary Of An Approved Employment-based Immigrant Petition (c)(36): 这条没有说主申必须是compelling circumstances，所以要参考，其实也就是多加个结婚证明。实际和485一起提交的话，应该是(c)(9)分类而不是(c)(36)。

• Proof of your nonimmigrant status （身份材料，常规操作）
• Proof of relationship to the principal beneficiary of the approved Form I-140 （按要求提供，我有两140的PD不同附加了一个statement要求recapture PD）
• Proof that the spouse or parent principal beneficiary was granted employment authorization or has a pending Form I-765 under eligibility category ©(35). （结婚证翻译）
• Proof of arrests and convictions (if applicable) （最好当守法公民，不然太麻烦了；关于超速啊违章停车啊什么的，看官方instruction里描述吧）

官方checklist在这里下面的选项中：Checklist of Required Initial Evidence (for informational purposes only)。

具体看 For an advance parole document for individuals who are currently in the United States:

• A copy of an official photo identity document; （EAD，驾照，护照）
• Two identical passport-style photographs of yourself taken within 30 days of the filing of this application;（两张照片，背后签字）
• A copy of any document showing your current status in the United States; （身份材料）
• Evidence that your trip is for educational, employment, or humanitarian purposes; （似乎不需要，我没交）
• An explanation or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrant issuance of an advance parole document; （似乎不需要，我没交）
• A copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed the adjustment application, if you are an applicant for adjustment of status; （I-797；和相应的statement如果有必要）
• A copy of the U.S. consular appointment letter, if you are traveling to Canada to apply for an immigrant visa. （没有）

所有非英文材料必须翻译成英文并有翻译人员的签字和日期。

所有自己提供的statement之类的材料，只要是非documentary的东西，每一页都要签字和日期。

I-765和I-131的官方list中没有明确提到关于J1的豁免材料，但是不放心的话，可以在所有DS-2019后面都配上I-94和豁免通知，反正就多一张纸而已。
